چکیده

Fungal infections, such as those caused by Aspergillus, Alternaria, Colletotrichum, Penicillium, and Rhizopus, are considered the major global threat to human life. In seeking a treatment, we synthesized characterized copper nanoparticles (CuNPs) using Curcuma longa extract. C. plant extract has been previously studied validated for its strong antimicrobial properties. Novel green particles were in this study nitrate. We also investigated antifungal activity through inhibition studies real-time expression of gene members belonging chitin synthase family. Synthesized CuNPs ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, Fourier transform-infrared X-ray diffraction, nanoparticle tracking analysis. Gene was determined PCR. The results visibly confirmed against Aspergillus zones growth inhibition. zone diameters comparable positive control used study. 60 nm diameter with resonance peak at 535 nm. observations downregulation 1, 2, 3 suggest significant CuNPs. collective findings indicate potential value green-synthesized agents.
